I am a Caucasian Canadian so no right to opinions about the politics of Indian fashions - but I think her outfit was absolutely beautiful. If I could, I would love to wear something like that, but I’d be accused of cultural appropriation! She’s a lovely Indian woman attending her brother in law’s wedding - and she's obviously proud of her heritage and culture and has not abandoned it because she’s married to a Western celebrity. I think it’s wonderful, and it speaks volumes about her knowing who she is……and what amazing taste she has too. Gorgeous, everything about it.
